Webinar Series on Issues facing Children and Adolescents of the Americas

BThis year Division 49 has joined other APA Divisions in presenting a series of webinars related to issues facing children and adolescents in the Americas. The series is a result of a grant from the Committee on Division/APA Relations (CODAPAR). Division 49 is joined by the following Divisions in this work:

  • Division 7: Developmental Psychology
  • Division 9: Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues
  • Division 12: Society of Clinical Psychology
  • Division 15 : Educational Psychology
  • Division 37: Society for Child and Family Policy and Practice
  • Division 52: Society for Global Psychology

The eight webinars in this series will run throughout the calendar year of 2026 and will explore issues, challenges and strengths associated with children and adolescents in the Americas including North, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
